No, fuel is excluded from the daily rental rate. The vehicle is provided with an initial fuel level, and the client is expected to return it with the same amount of fuel (or pay for the consumed fuel based on mileage/fuel tank status upon return).

ID Card, Valid Driver's License, Contact Information and professional occupation are all required. A document will be provided to you and asked to be signed after which we will guide you through the remaining process of getting the car

Yes, intercity travel is allowed. However, outstation travel typically costs an additional per-day outstation allowance for the driver (if chauffeured). You must inform us of your target destination prior to departure.

A advance deposit (usually 20%–50%) is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon vehicle delivery. A refundable security deposit is also held for the duration of the rental to cover potential toll charges, traffic fines, or minor damages.

No, toll taxes (such as Motorway/Expressway M-Tag charges), parking fees, and night allowances for the driver (if the rental exceeds standard hours or includes overnight stays) are billed separately to the customer.
